Hawk Experience(Special Offer - 25% Off!)

Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Price £60 per person*
Price just £45 per person for a limited time only*
*If two people book together at the same time there is a discount of £10 off the total price.

Start your experience by meeting the falconer and your feathered companion with a brief tutorial on the bird, equipment and handling. Then it's off into the countryside ...Stroll through woods and open fields with the bird flying alongside as your companion! Photo opportunities are available along the way so be sure to bring along your camera!

We take a maximum of 2 people per Hawk Experience, making it a more personal experience ...Great as a gift or for couples!

Sturdy footwear and clothing are recommended.

Our Hawk Experiences will start running from 1st October 2011 and will continue throughout the Winter Season. We are now taking bookings, so please contact us as soon as possible to secure your date.

Owl Experience

Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Price £55

Meet and handle our owls, from "Smudge" our smallest to "Big George". This is a chance to get hands-on with these stunning birds.

Owl Experiences take place at the Talon Falconry Birds of Prey Centre, located next to Lightwater Valley Theme Park in scenic North Yorkshire.

Camera clubs

Duration: Minimum 1 hour
Price £65 per hour

Photographic sessions with our birds, subject to availability. A maximum of 12 people per session should allow participants to get that "perfect shot".

Very relaxed and friendly, and can take place indoors or out at a place of your choice. The sessions can also be held at the Talon Falconry Birds of Prey Centre itself, located next to Lightwater Valley Theme Park in scenic North Yorkshire.

For locations more than 25 miles away from the Centre, there will be a small extra charge of 40p per mile to cover travelling expenses.

School visits, clubs and associations

Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Price £95

An introduction to Birds of Prey, this is an educational visit with handling and photo opportunities.

Please contact us for further enquiries or to make a booking.

For locations more than 25 miles away from the Centre, there will be a small extra charge of 40p per mile to cover travelling expenses.
