Our new baby Harris Hawks at 3-4 weeks old
Come and meet Melvin, Lunar, Bonnie and Clyde!
Our new gang of Harris Hawks has arrived at the Centre, and they're just a few weeks old.
There are 2 males (Melvin and Clyde) and 2 females (Lunar and Bonnie), and we hope you'll be able to drop by and visit them.

COMPETITION - Name our baby barn owls!

Our new barn owls at 3 weeks old
The competition to name our two new baby barn owls has now closed!
The winning names were:
- Radar - suggested by Daniel Normington of Leeds
- Cosmos - suggested by Rachel Senior of Harrogate
The two winners will each be awarded a SILVER Adoption Pack...
SILVER Adoption Pack includes:
- Unlimited free entry to the Centre for 1 year for the adoptor
- 4 addional (single use) Adult tickets to the Centre (valid for 1 year)
- Personalised Certificate of Adoption
- Adoptor's name displayed at the Centre
- Glossy photo of your adopted bird
- Small cuddly bird of prey plush toy

All money raised from the competition entry donations will be used to fund nest boxes for the wild population of barn owls in the area.
